I call it faith that I got to hang with these lovelies at Tyler State Park for their engagement session. Why call it faith?! Well, our new found friendship all started with a simple comment on the gram. My girlfriend, a high school classmate of Anthony’s, shared a few pics and a quick comment about a recent engagement session I had just completed, after seeing that Katie really wanted their shoot at the same location. At the time, these two love birds had already chosen a photographer. However, the universe has a funny way of bringing people together. Hence, this photo match made in heaven. Well atleast I think so! 😀
It was an absolute pleasure, when we finally met up in April for Katie & Anthony’s engagement session at Tyler State Park. It was one of the very first warm Spring days of 2018, and I could not be more excited. I don’t know what I was more excited for the shoot or the 70 degree weather! We started our session at the historic Schofield Ford Covered Bridge, where Katie and Anthony were both a little nervous. However, after Anthony started to channel his inner Taye Diggs, we really got the party started. Katie proved to be the comedian of the pair and had Anthony, myself, and my assistant laughing through the session.
After spending some great time laughing, walking, and finding our perfect poses, we left what was a great session at Tyler State Park. Now, I have the pleasure of capturing this loving, caring couples wedding at The Buck Hotel in just a few weeks. I guess time does fly when you’re having fun! Check out some photos from this relaxed and fun session below. If you love Katie & Anthony’s sessions, I know you’ll love This One too!
